Many of us learn from a young age, how to navigate and survive this world on our own. We struggle through challenges, carry heavy burdens, hold on to painful secrets, and hide the pain we are experiencing from the people around us. God did not design us to carry these burdens alone. Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28). We are His Body… His hands and His feet, created in Him and empowered by His Holy Spirit to carry one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).
